Jeff’s presentation changed the way I start practice! Always giving goalies the proper time for warmup!

This is great for teaching players how to attack along with wall with purpose!

When I watched this from the stands at TCSlive 2025, I had smile the entire time. Steve does a great job to bring purposeful training while keeping it fun for goalies. I think this would be great for those younger goalies to help keep them engaged all while having a good workout!

This is one of my favs when its comes to D posture and how to funnel out when creating a better gap!
