Shaun Earl is a youth hockey coach and program developer from Brandon, Manitoba. A former U18 AAA National Champion and Manitoba Junior Hockey League player, Shaun returned to coaching in 2018 and has since worked with players across both male and female development environments.

He is the founder of RSF Performance, which began with skill-development sessions and has grown to include a spring hockey league with more than 250 players across 20 teams. His coaching approach focuses on purposeful practice design, decision-making, competitive environments, and developing skills that transfer to the game.

Through his writing, Shaun shares practical coaching ideas, drills, tactical concepts, and lessons learned from behind the bench.
