Sports is a vehicle to teach life lessons and values that will help round a child into a good person as they grow up. It is no different than school or church or extracurricular programs like Scouts.

Focus on creating people who know how to work as a team, know how to win and lose gracefully, know how to lead, know how to set a goal and work to attain it - the better experience our kids will have.

The NHL, NBA, NFL etc is a win-loss business. Your child's U11 team is not.
