I’ve begun introduction token pressure in drills with my U9 group. It’s a game changer and natural way to add a progression to drills.

Mitch’s presentation is a great example of the impact of mastering the fundamentals. 

And it’s never too early to work on the fundamentals. We started introducing “stick on puck” at U7 and it resulted in more pucks touches for our players. 

And more puck touches = more fun!
