For many Canadians, Victor Kraatz is a legend. The 10-time World Champion figure skater captured hearts across the country with partner Shae-Lynn Bourne, from 1992-2003, with outstanding showings at two Olympic Winter Games.
Kraatz, the owner of Victor Kraatz Skating who works with numerous elite players including Mat Barzal of the New York Islanders, took part in TCS Live 2023 introducing progressions to improve the forward outside edge turn. This 23-minute presentation is a must-watch for coaches trying to improve the skating of their team, which is essentially every coach of every team ever.
