Description

• Nets are cross ice in one zone, two defenders behind each net and two forwards in the middle
• Coach spots a puck in the zone
• Teams have to pass to their defencemen behind their own net before they can score
• The D pass D to D, the D who receives the pass joins the forwards to attack 3on2
• When the opponent steals the puck they have to re-load with their D
• Forwards change when they lose possession
