Dan Arel is the head coach of the San Diego Jr. Gulls 14U AA team.. He is also an advisor to the San Diego Sabers USPHL club overseeing their Team Culture & Development. He also serves as a coaching consultant, working with coaches around the world to develop effective, player-focused strategies. In 2020, he was honored as the San Diego Gulls Foundation Coach of the Year. Dan can be reached at dan@coacharel.com.
