Simple edge drills for defence

A couple of our D wanted to work on their agility and ability to close in the NZ. We went out for about 30 minutes prior to practice and went through these drills in a controlled matter. Mostly just to feel certain areas of their foot pressure on their bloot/blade, maintain balance, and an upright posture. 

These are part 1 and I will tie in the actual game situation in part two that I will post next week so check back in for that
