Defensive players start in their d zone coverage positions. Attacking players line up around the perimeter of the zone. Attacking players pass the puck around the perimeter. Defense allows puck to be passed around perimeter but work on getting in their D Zone positions without attacking the puck. Offensive players can move to make passes as needed but stay in their general area. After 3-4 passes, coach blows whistle and players play out the 5v5.
