X Factor is a quick-feet drill I use at the end of skill sessions to build stronger crossovers. Many young players lack lateral mobility. This drill reinforces edge control, balance, and confidence, helping players generate speed and move efficiently under pressure. I perform this drill with 3 sets of 3 reps, with short breaks in between.
