1st progression
- D man receives pass from FW and sprints to the middle then makes a backhand/forehand pass depending which side
- FW follows his pass to the D while skating close to the boards then performs a glide turn while recieving the pass back before shooting near the dot
2nd progression
- D man does the same skating/passing but now the FW Sprint to the corner of the zone by the bluline and stop, receive the pass from a standstill to give them the most amount of room in the zone then sprint to the dot for a shot
3rd progression
- D man on strong side now sprints to the middle, makes a backhand pass then quickly opens up into a one timer position
- FW repeats their sprint and stop skating technique, once they receive the pass they quickly give it back for the one timer
4th progression
- D man on weak side, now fakes the pass back to the FW who has done their sprint and stop route then take a inside leg shot from the middle of the ice
5th progression
- Same set up as progession number 3 but now the d man fakes the one timer and tips the puck over to a new FW who is set up to receive the puck and attack the net
6th progression
- D man will sprint, fake pass back, get to the middle of the ice then make a hard pass back to the FW who has timed their route up the wall. The FW will attack the dot but now have a seam pass option to another FW
