Players are ready to dig at the net front area. Player must hard lift a stick before they can exit with the puck and get around the obstacle for quick hard shots. Two pucks are placed in tight to the "defenders", and shooters must work to both sides of the side. After second shot, player works to the far side to receive quick pass from coach for 3rd shot. Skater is encouraged to one-touch the last shot if possible. Quick on-the-tape/off-the-tape mindset.
