Shooter starts drill passing into the inner triangle. Passing should be sharp and quick and on the tape. Shooter then receives puck back and passes to the outer triangle. 

Shooter escapes and cycles the top of the zone to recieve a pass off the far post. Shots can be on-the-tape/off-the-tape, one touch, one-time, or tip-shot. 

Focus is on clean, sharp, passing. Shooter should be working on speed and timing.
