SET UP:  

Goalie in net, 2 x Def and 2 x Fwd line up facing the goalie from center ice.

A dedicated shooter is near the blue line with pucks.  

RUN IT:

On the whistle, the Fwds and Def enter the zone and attempt to get into position.  The Fwds trying to screen the goalie and be open for a shot, while the Def apply soft pressure at first to block.  

The shooter sees an open lane and fires to the net, with the Fwd attempting to tip it in.  If it is a miss, the puck is sent back to the shooter, the Fwds head to the blue line then resume their attack on net and run it again.  Sequence should be 3-5 shot attempts before rotating players.
