SET UP:
Split your players up into 2 groups, intentionally mixing your abilities and skill levels, and send them to opposite corners of the ice.
Pile pucks with each line
Coach into observation point at center ice.
RUN IT:
On the whistle, each line starts moving forward with the puck.
As they get to the end of their DZ and are crossing the blue line, they are to pass long across ice to the player coming from the opposite team. 2 pucks should be passing each other in the neutral zone (Coach can assist if it appears that they are going to hit each other)
The players then pick up their "new" puck and head in and shoot on goal.
NOTES:
Initially this warm up is used to involve all players and to make them study who they are passing to and being cognizant of their speed and power on the pass to a teammate.
This can be changed to a team drill using same tier level players
Additionally, as a drill, a Defenseman can be added to challenge the entry before shooting.
