Vegas have been phenomenal on the PK. In-zone, they have kept Colorado to the perimeter and have given up only a handful of quality chances Their PKFC has also been a major factor. On drop passes, they rotate into a 2-2 (box) rather than the more common 1-3 into 3-1 structure most teams use. They have done an excellent job staying connected, contesting entries early, disrupting timing, and preventing the Avalanche from getting organized.
