Chris Cramer is a USA Hockey CEP Level 4-certified coach with a lifelong dedication to the game and over five years of experience developing youth hockey players across all levels. Since 2020, Chris has served as a head and assistant coach with the Princeton Youth Tigers, leading teams from the Learn to Play stage through to competitive AA travel hockey.
For the 2025–26 season, Chris will serve as Head Coach of the 12U-AA team. His prior roles with the Tigers include:

Chris brings decades of on-ice experience to his coaching. He grew up playing for the Mt. Lebanon Hornets travel program and Baldwin Highlanders High School before continuing his hockey career at the collegiate level with both Miami University and Carnegie Mellon University. He was also selected to play for the Pittsburgh Penguins Jr. B team, reflecting his elite playing background.
Chris emphasizes a development-first coaching philosophy that prioritizes fundamentals, teamwork, effort, and a deep respect for the game. His goal is to help players build confidence, hockey IQ, and a lifelong love of hockey — both on and off the ice.
