Over the next few weeks/months I will sharing a series of small area games (SAGs), low organizational activities (LOAs) and skill clusters for use with your teams.

This series has been published and re-published in various versions, multiple languages throughout the hockey world. I thank those previous publishers.

The series known as Safe4Sports was intended to create effective, easy to use practice concepts for coaches and their players. The SAGs/LOAs and skills are intentional lessons that drive core skills and situational awareness for players of multiple ages and stages of development.

Their repeated use was studied and have been become to be known as a viable path to establish an on-ice environment that is fun, and filled with skill aquistion and safe hockey outsomes.
