Inzone to Regroup to 5v2 Rush Drill Run out of both ends. First whistle is a pass low to high that ends up with a net front 1 v 1. Next whistle same thing on opposite side, but now 2 v2 net front. 3rd whistle coaches sends a puck out and Ds at blueline regroup with the forwards who touch up onside, and attack 5v2.
