With this drill, you have a continuous zone entry with a player posted on the blue line for an easy pass to a forward coming with speed.

The first forward (Black) skates around the circle and gets a pass from the second forward (Red). Black skates around the circle and makes a pass to the defender at the top. They can make the pass to either defender depending on how long of a pass you’re hoping to teach for the blue line.

Right after Red makes the pass, they skate hard to the far corner of the blue line to receive a pass from whichever defender has the puck, they should ensure they catch this pass on-side as the Black player skates behind the defense gaining speed, before entering the zone and getting a pass from Red who is posted up.

Once Red makes the pass, the should take off towards the original circle, and repeat the drill with a pass from the third forward (Blue).

The drill continues on repeat from that moment on.
