The offense must make 4 passes in a row to earn a zone entry which becomes a 4v3. This activity provides needed passing reps with some context before the zone entry. Concepts like draw and dump, switching sides, creating quality chances in dangerous areas and creating space are able to be taught in this activity. Coaches may also vary the numbers, for example, 3v1 keep away to a 3v4 simulates an outnumbered rush.
