I am a skills coach and strength and conditioning coach in Northeast BC.  I work with players from 4 - Pro in the Peace Region.  I own and operate Best Performance Sports Training and established the Northern Athlete Development Program (NADP).  I am also a coach for my son's U11 AA team and my daughter's U13 AAA team.  Lastly I am a school teacher :)
