Leadership is my first passion. For over 20 years, I’ve led high-performing teams as a military officer—flying combat missions, developing combat-ready aircrews, and serving as a U.S. diplomat strengthening international partnerships.
Hockey is my second. I grew up playing the game and have had the privilege of coaching at every level—from youth to college—over the past decade. I’ve guided programs to state championships and had the opportunity to compete for national titles. I’m currently coaching at UTSA’s ACHA Division II program, where I focus on athlete development, team culture, and strategic growth at the collegiate level.
As I transition from military service in 2026, I’m eager to bring my leadership and coaching experience to a college hockey program that values character, competitiveness, and culture.
🔹 Fun fact: I design offensive zone strategies with the same precision I used to prepare combat-ready aircrews—always putting people first, building skills, and ensuring the mission succeeds on and off the ice.
