- SMHA is the governing body for all Hockey Canada (HC) and Hockey Saskatchewan (HS) sanctioned minor hockey teams in the City of Saskatoon and area, which includes the Saskatoon U13AA, U15 AA, U16AA and U18 AA teams that play in the Saskatchewan AA Hockey League, the Female Saskatoon U13AA, U15AA, U15A, U18AA & U18A teams that play in the Saskatchewan Female Hockey League, the Saskatoon Female Comets (U7 through U18 female programs), the Female U18 AAA Saskatoon Stars, the U18 AAA Saskatoon Blazers and the U18 AAA Saskatoon Contacts
