Great post by Wade here! A good reminder to work ethic and teamwork over results. High School hockey in North Dakota is very neat and something I did not understand being from Canada.

After listening to last week's podcast with Vikor, I had to buy this course. Watching chapter 1 I really enjoy how Vikor explains the foundation of skating. Creating energy with explosive movements, etc. I highly recommend this course along with many others on TCS. Invest in yourself to be the best coach you can be for your players. You will not regret it.

Mike is one of my favorite coaches to follow. Always finding some crazy neat statistics to help train our players better.
