Nick D'Errico is a goaltending coach and director, app developer, marketer, writer, and all around nerd. He brings nearly 15 years of coaching experience in youth hockey and prep schools. Nick is also the owner of D'Crease Goaltending as well as the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of PointShot, a coaching marketplace and athlete development platform.
In 10 years with the Central Mass Revolution, Nick has built up a grassroots program from scratch and alleviated the common goaltending shortage seen across many community organizations. Those who try goalie with Coach Nick can't wait to get back on the ice.
Nick is previously the Head Coach of Mount St. Charles Academy's Varsity 2 and JV teams, is a Goaltending Development Coordinator for Massachusetts Hockey, and holds a Level 4 and Gold-level goaltending CEP with USA Hockey. He began his coaching career in college with the Allston-Brighton Youth Hockey Association in Boston, MA. He currently lives in Mendon, MA, with his wife, son, and two dogs.

After 13 years of coaching, I formalized my independent work by starting my own LLC. I run independent camps while also advising organizations and running their in-house goalie development programs. We emphasize a holistic approach to grassroots goaltending — not just skill development, but also mental skills, visual and off-ice training, and mentorship/charitable service.
