Jesse Candela is a U10 Rep A coach, OJHL regional scout, and Video Coordinator for the U18 Estonia National Team who blends high-level performance analysis with grassroots player development. After eight years coaching U Sports football, he transitioned to youth hockey with a focus on teaching habits, hockey IQ, and communication in a way young athletes can understand.
