Recruited and developed a nationally competitive team to restart the Islanders Tier 1 15O Full Season program for the 2024-25 season after it had been dormant for 2 seasons :: Developed and bolstered the core of the 15O team to improve to a top 70 team at the Tier 1 16U AAA level in the 2025-26 season :: Helped prepare 9 players to play affiliate games at the junior hockey level during their 16U AAA season

Coached team to .740 win percentage over first two seasons as head coach, including a New England Division Championship and two semi-final appearances at USPHL National Championships :: Managed all aspects of strategy, practice planning, video, administration and game management :: Assisted in national and international recruiting for a 25-man roster
