Shooting from distance versus shooting in tight?

Is it the same shot/release type?

No different than going hunting...some hunt scenarios require a shotgun, some require a long range rifle. We know that 50% of all goals come from the inner slot, when you look at most goals scored from that area you don't see a lot of loading/wind up pre release.

This clip shows how players are leveraging the technology within the stick to create energy without pushing down ⬇️ or having a long runway/loading phase. 

Quick release in tight, bottom hand locked and pushing slightly forward, top hand pulling back to create the whip/kick underneath the bottom hand✅
