Chaos large group warmup progression

Chaos stickhandling with a few different challenges. Great for large group warm ups or a station activity. 

-Half speed 15s Full speed 30s

-Backwards only(or switch every 10s)

-forehand only 

-backhand only 

-switch pucks

-half with pucks/half without, pass to as many different teammates as you can. (Get loud, good stick positioning) 

-puck battles(30s, who has a puck at the end, puck goes out it dies, coach can put new pucks in)

Encourage players to embrace mistakes, try things, get outside their comfort zone. If we're not making mistakes, we're not learning.
