Quick Shooting progression. Can be used as a warmup, or as a station based drill.
Shooter will get two passes (1 to FH and 1 to BH) where they must change their shooting angle around the net (or any obstacle you would like). Then they will drive the lane for a shot-pass/tip, and flip their hips to the back door for a backdoor shot-pass/tip.
Progressions can be added with saucer passes. Different stop and start movements with the feet etc.
