Quick Start drills to work on Royal Road Passing. Players are moving quick on the whistle to pick up a placed puck and exchange possession over the top fo the zone, players then change lanes and work the puck across the Royal Road for quick shooting plays. A coach is used to create traffic and stick lanes to pass through.
Second variation shows a quick start-stop initiation for the same drill.
