About
Coaching since 2004, I have dedicated my career not only to developing players, but to building environments where standards, accountability, and character drive performance.
My experience spans all age categories and multiple European hockey cultures, including the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, and Norway. Working across these systems has shaped my belief that sustainable success is built on culture first — structure, clarity of roles, daily habits, and uncompromising standards.
I have worked within club structures as well as more development projects, including working with Bukač Hockey School, where individual skill development is combined with mental discipline and professional habits. My approach integrates technical precision with leadership growth, helping players understand that performance is a reflection of identity and daily choices. I cooperate longterm with Hockey Coach Vision company.
I believe leadership is not a title — it is behavior. It is how you train when nobody watches, how you respond to adversity, and how you elevate teammates through example.
My mission/vison is not only to develop players with good skills, habits and ice hockey principles. Showing players not only what but also when, how and why. But also to create competitive environments where players are challenged beyond comfort, supported with clarity, and prepared not only for higher levels of hockey, but for long-term excellence in life.
