Transformational hockey coach and team development leader with over 20 years of proven success leading high-performance teams through high-pressure situations in some of the world's most challenging environments. From leading a 10-ship airdrop formation across a blacked-out combat drop zone, to negotiating multi-billion-dollar international security agreements, to bridging cultural and language divides through strategic diplomacy, I've built elite teams that excel under pressure—both in combat and on the ice.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to combine my experience as a combat aviator, international diplomat, and operational military leader with my passion for developing leaders as a hockey coach. I approach coaching as leadership in action: prioritizing people-first development, process-driven execution, and a purpose-aligned culture—fueled by fluid, two-way communication that promotes understanding, connection, and continuous growth. I've coached hockey teams from youth to collegiate levels and currently serve as Assistant Coach for UTSA's ACHA Division II team.
I’m always eager to partner with an organization that values investing in its people and building strong character, culture, and connection—where I can continue to help building resilient leaders and leading teams that turn adversity into momentum for lasting success.
