I specialize in player development, hockey analytics, and ecological dynamics; leading teams to a 2023 Maryland State Championship, 2022-2023 USA Hockey Nationals bids, and a 2024 U16 State Finalist finish. Now, as an assistant coach with UTSA’s ACHA Division II team, I’m honing my college-level expertise, integrating data-driven strategies to elevate performance. With a military career as an combat-decorated aviator and foreign relations officer,  I have had the priveledge of connecting with international collegaes representing 157 nations, I’ve managed $153B in security cooperation programs and pioneered an immersive training program for 1,000+ students annually.
