When coaches gather at TCS Live Minnesota, they’ll gain new systems, drills, and tactics, but some of the most impactful lessons will focus on the part of the game that can’t be measured on a stat sheet. This year, mental health, resilience, and leadership will take center stage, with two of the nation’s foremost voices guiding the conversation: Dr. Justin Anderson and Ryan Blanck.
Dr. Justin Anderson (pictured left), a licensed sport psychologist and the Founder & CEO of Premier Sport Psychology, has become one of the leading authorities in mental performance. With over 20 years of experience, Anderson currently serves as High-Performance Psychology Director for the Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Twins, and the University of Minnesota’s Leadership U program. His firm also supports collegiate and professional hockey programs and will guide the U.S. Women’s National Team through the 2026 Olympic Games. A former collegiate quarterback, Anderson brings both lived experience and practical expertise, equipping coaches with strategies to help athletes reset after mistakes, develop lasting confidence, and build mental toughness without burnout.
Ryan Blanck, Founder & CEO of Deviate, is known as the “horse whisperer for NFL executives.” Blanck has worked with leaders across more than half the NFL, including the Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, and Detroit Lions. Blanck’s passion lies in helping high-performance leaders embrace authenticity, prioritize mental well-being, and create cultures where people thrive. His infectious enthusiasm and clarity of message make him a trusted advisor for organizations looking to unlock their true potential.
Together, Anderson and Blanck will show coaches that mental health isn’t an add-on to performance - it’s the foundation. Their sessions will offer practical, coach-ready tools for building resilient athletes and stronger teams, while reminding leaders that when people feel supported at their core, they perform at their best.
In a conference filled with X’s and O’s, Anderson and Blanck will stand out. The strongest edge in competition often comes from mastering the game within.
