Leaders – tend to generate commitment in most people they supervise. Common traits of leaders are they lead by example, they are respected by the rank and file, they poses the highest levels of integrity, they are often resented by members of the organizational hierarchy, as they are often seen as challenge to their position. They represent 10% of those in supervisory positions. (Enter, J.E., 2006).
