A long-time coach and holder of the HP1 certification, I am responsible for coach development at Hockey Québec. I hold an M.Sc. in Human Capital Management, and my work has focused on leadership in sports teams, particularly how leadership is shared. I am passionate about sports, whether it’s hockey, football, or even darts. One phrase guides me every day: Always student.
