Purpose:
Develops quick offensive transitions, timing on zone exits, and defensemen working under pressure.

Drill Setup:

• F1 starts with pucks in the corner.
• F2 lines up on the far side, just outside the blue line.
• D1 starts on the face-off dot inside the zone.

Drill Description:

1. On the whistle, F1 takes off around the top of the near circle and fires a quick shot on net.
2. Simultaneously, D1 must tag the wall with their stick before joining the play.
3. After the shot, F1 continues into the far corner to open up for a breakout pass from F2.
4. F2 times their route, enters the zone with control, and passes to F1 as they exit the zone together.
5. F1 and F2 attack on a 2-on-1 down the ice against D1, who's gapped up for the 2-on-1
