Time to work the skills with pucks and small spaces.
SET IT UP:
7 bumpers set up along the zone. Pile pucks near each pair / set so you can pull from them.
RUN IT:
1 Forward skating
2 Backward skating
3 Lateral skating
4 Backwards with puck, stop, then down the other side.
5 Forward with puck, hard stop, then down the other side.
6 Backchecking / forward skate
7 Forward with puck, reverse with defense.
