The end of a season is always hard.
No matter the age.
No matter the level.
You spend months with a group…
Working together.
Competing together.
Chasing something as a team.
And then suddenly—
It’s over.
And it's likely the last time that entire group will be in the same room again.
That’s why this matters so much.
Coaches. Parents. Organizations - There is no bigger priority than creating an environment where kids feel safe, supported, challenged and having fun!
Because at the end of the day, our #1 responsibility is simple:
Every child should want to come back next season.
We are already one year closer to:
• The last time you tie their skates
• The last time they need help with their equipment
• The day they drive themselves to the rink
• The moment other interests start to take priority
And eventually…
A day when there is no game to attend.
It is one of the greatest rewards of my life to watch my little guy play a game he loves.
Savor these feelings, these memories, these moments.
It's not forever.
