Today, I’m reaching out to my coachessite family to help get the message out! This year is groundbreaking as the Western Canadian Hockey Academy has, for the first time, put together a team for the winter season to compete in the PHL based out of Western Canada. We are still searching for a few forwards and defensemen to complete our roster.
How It Works!
Our team calls the J&G Homes Arena in Brandon, Manitoba, home. Players from across Manitoba and Saskatchewan join us every weekend to train in a cutting-edge facility. Our sessions include Strength Training guided by our certified personal trainer, along with 2-3 practices spread over two days and video reviews led by me. We compete in the U15 Major division of the Premier Hockey League and are allowed to include two 2010 overage players on the roster.

Is This The Right Fit?
Our program is designed for players that are just shy of making their local AA & AAA teams, helping them advance their skills and knowledge during key years of their hockey development. We support players eager to improve their abilities, gain a deeper grasp of the game, react appropriately to diverse scenarios, and work cohesively with their teammates, fostering meaningful individual growth along the way.

What Is The PHL (Premier Hockey League)
The Manitoba Wolves compete in the Premier Hockey League (PHL) U15 major division made up of 2012 and 2011 born players. We face off against 20 well-matched teams from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. The season will include 24 regular-season games distributed over 6 showcase weekends, with a 7th weekend dedicated to playoffs. Each showcase is spread out approximately every 3-4 weeks, and we have development weekends in between! The season will be finished in March!
