Continuous 3 v 2

Position your team with alternating lines of different color jerseys at the far blueline.

• Start out 3v 2 set up from a stopped position. Whistle blows and 3 v2 rush ensues.

• Once there is 3v2 rush is complete with some result (goal, goalie freezes it, leaves zone), whistle blows and everyone in the zone sprints to the blueline.

• Defensive players will leave the zone, and offensive players will become defenders of the next rush (which also leaves on that same whistle).

• Only 2 of the 3 defenders stay on to take the rush. The player who gaps up the fastest in a race to the blueline will go to the end of the line and the remaining 2 will stay on the ice to face the next rush.

• Drill goes continuous on the coaches whistle
