Matt McIlvane is the head coach of the San Diego Gulls and he wants his players loud and exuberant at the start of practice. Steal this drill to get the puck moving early and often!

Key Points
- Talk! If your players don't call for passes in practice they won't call for it in games - build that habit
- Pass hard, check the puck on your stick and get eyes up right away
- Shoot to score!
