2 skaters start at the same time. Puck carrier leaves a quick drop pass for partner as they change lanes. Puck is immediately moved to a coach up on the blue line, and the coach sends the puck right back down the wall to the next player in line. 

Skaters continue up to the top of the zone, exchange lanes back to their original sides. 

Puck can be passed to either skater cycling back to the net. 

Players are encouraged to one touch passes, utilize royal road plays, and snap shots quickly.
