On the Wall - Stride Practice



On the Wall is used to teach how to perform a hockey stride from a stationary position. This video illustrates proper body position and leg extension for an effective stride.

Description

Coach directs players spread out on the wall.

Players perform different stationary skating techniques under the coaches direction while using the wall for balance.
