Description

• Each team has three players inside the slot area (between two imaginary lines running through the dot line.
• Offensive players have three additional offensive players on the perimeter - one on each side and one behind the net.
• Offensive players are trying to score, only interior players can score.
• Interior players have to shoot when they get the puck.
• Defensive players can skate anywhere, interior offensive players have to stay inside.

Key Points

• Protect the puck on the perimeter and get it off the wall.
• Players should one-touch passes or make bump passes as long as they're in control and accurate.
