Alternating Outside Edge Down the Line with 360 Circle Hold
Drill Description:
- Players perform alternating outside edges down the line, then hold the outside edge for a full 360 degree circle, then repeat.
- Make sure players perform the circle hold on both the right and left foot.
Key Teaching Points:
- Neutral start.
- Good knee bend-positive shin angle.
- Keep push leg close when crossing.
- Keep push leg back on circle.
