Our mission is to provide a wholesome hockey experience not only for boys and girls participating, but also for coaches, managers and league officials of the Upper Ottawa Valley Aces "AA" Association.  Sportsmanship, fair play, good citizenship, friendly competition, enjoyment and participation for team members in accordance with fair ice policy shall be our guiding principle.
