As Sport Director of HC Monthey, I define and lead the club’s sporting vision from the hockey school through the U18 level. I structure player and coach development, ensure pedagogical consistency across all age categories, and embed the club’s core values: respect, teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment. I oversee seasonal planning, support the coaching staff, identify and develop talent, and ensure a clear development pathway toward performance teams and the HC Valais Wallis Academy. My role is strategic, organizational, and human: building a structured and demanding environment that develops not only better players, but better individuals.
