Founder of Rock Performance, Stefanie Rock is a certified sports nutritionist specializing in the unique nutritional needs of youth and teen athletes. Stefanie works with athletes, teams, organizations, and schools around the world; she recently co-presented at The National Alliance for Youth Sports to introduce the groundbreaking Rise 60 program to improve youth & teen athletes' physical and mental health.

Stefanie is also hockey mom (son & daughter) who's grateful for the ability to stream her son's college games!
